Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. All information you submit is secure and your account will be billed in U.S. dollars. Customers must pay applicable sales tax (California residents only), duty and customs charges and shipping and handling fees. Duty and customs charges are determined by your local government and are as follows (these charges are imposed by your local government, not Kicksology.net):
- Europe: 14%
- Japan: 9%
- New Zealand: 50%
- Canada: 14 - 23%
Shipping
Wherever in the world you are, as long as you have a standard mailing address we can deliver Kicksology Apparel to you (the only limitations are that we cannot deliver to Iraq or North Korea or to post office boxes). Here's how our shipping works:
- We will only ship merchandise twice a month on the 1rst and 15th for the first 3 months. Orders must be placed at least a week before each bi-monthly ship date to be included in that shipment. For example, orders placed on or before June 6th will be shipped on June 15th, orders placed after June 6th - June 23rd will be shipped on August 1rst, and so on.
- For a limited time orders the shipping fee will be waived for orders delivered within the continental U.S.A.
- Orders delivered to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Mexico or South America will be shipped via DHL at a flat fee of $15.00 per order.
- Orders to Canada and all other locales will be shipped via DHL at a flat fee of $20.00 per order.
Returns and Exchanges
Policy: If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it (in new condition, please). We will exchange the item or give you full credit or a refund for the purchased price of the item by your original method of payment. Please allow 14 business days from the day your returned item is received for your return to be credited or the exchange completed.
Directions: When returning the item you purchased, please use the return form, which was sent in the box of your original purchase. If you do not have access to a printer, and are unable to obtain a return form, make sure to include your name, address, daytime phone number and reason for the return or exchange.
Note: If the item being returned needs to be exchanged, make certain to include the style number of the item, size and color desired. We recommend that prior to making the exchange you check our Web site to make certain the item is still available.

Domestic sites:
We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or an error occurred when filling your order.
International sites:
We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or an error occurred when filling your order. In addition, customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
